Usage

To use this template, place {{delete}} at the top of the page. Alternatively, typing out {{delete|<date>|<reason>}} can provide the following additional information:

• Date provides the date and time the template was added to the page. The easiest way is to use five tildes (~~~~~) for this.
• Reason provides the rationale why the template was added (off topic, wrong title, insufficient information, etc.).
