Six Flags AstroWorld was an amusement park located in Houston, Texas.

History

The park opened as AstroWorld on June 1, 1968 and was sold to Six Flags in 1978. It was closed permanently on October 30, 2005. Most of the rides have been moved to various other parks across the country.
